自治区矿产资源领域突出问题专项整治工作重点查处五类案件

<p><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">11月26日，记者从自治区自然资源系统矿产资源领域突出问题专项整治工作视频会议上获悉，自治区矿产资源领域突出问题专项整治工作</span><span class="bjh-strong" style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-weight: 700; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">重点查处五类案件：</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">一是机关、事业单位工作人员和国有企业领导干部违规显名或者隐名投资入股矿山案件；</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">二是党员领导干部利用职权为其近亲属或特定关系人谋取非法利益以及官商勾结、索贿受贿、为不法矿主充当“保护伞”等案件；</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">三是公职人员滥用职权、违规决策低价转让国有矿业权等严重损害国家利益的案件；</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">四是相关部门工作人员在审批许可、日常监督、打击违法违规生产、行政执法等工作方面失职渎职、滥用职权等案件；</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">五是矿山安全事故背后的失职渎职、腐败问题。</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">据了解，为贯彻落实习近平总书记重要批示指示精神和中央纪委国家监委《关于落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神严肃整治领导干部利用名贵特产、特殊资源谋取私利问题的通知》要求，规范矿产资源领域管理秩序，结合“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育，自治区党委、政府决定在全区范围内用两年时间集中开展煤、铁、有色金属三类矿产资源领域突出问题专项整治工作。专项整治工作时间为2年，从2019年10月1日至2021年9月30日，共分动员部署、全面清查、集中整治、中期总结、集中再整治、全面总结六个阶段。</p><p><br/></p>
