overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">通过在地磅上安装“干扰器”，一“家族式”盗窃犯罪团伙盗得含钒生铁600余吨，非法获利140余万元。近日，随着攀枝花市中级法院宣布二审裁定维持原判，至此，钒钛高新区技术产业开发区“3·31”“家族式”重特大盗窃案尘埃落定，主犯陈某强、陈某分别被判处有期徒刑14年和6年2个月，其余6名被告人分别被判处4年8个月至2年2个月不等的有期徒刑。据悉，该案是攀枝花建市以来最大的一起盗窃生产物资案件。</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">民警立即调整审讯思路，通过查明8名嫌疑人的个人情况，采取从易到难、逐一攻破的战略，选择了最容易攻破的嫌疑人陈某金，通过大量的政策宣传、心理疏导，讲明了其在案件中的利害关系。最终，陈某金如实供述了犯罪事实，并带领侦查员在米易县的一处废弃货场找到了2019年3月31日与陈某武分别驾车藏匿于此的含钒生铁30余吨。查扣赃物后，犯罪嫌疑人陈某武也放弃抵抗，如实供述了团伙的犯罪过程。该团伙以犯罪嫌疑人陈某强为首，陈某武、陈某云、叶某兵、陈某金、吴某负责运输，陈某负责联系销赃。</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">“通过审讯，我们查明，该团伙于2018年7月将‘地磅干扰器’安装在了被盗企业的地磅上，但一直没有使用，直至2018年12月初，该团伙才开始适机启用‘地磅干扰器’实施盗窃。”专案组侦查员介绍，“此外，我们还发现，该团伙反侦查意识极强，交易过程大多选择现金交易，且运输车辆和手机卡均不在本人名下。”</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">在掌握了该犯罪团伙的分工、作案方式和作案时间后，专案组根据该案证据构成，从海量天网监控、嫌疑人联系方式、涉案车辆信息、赃物赃款数量和去向进行分组侦查，并通过从被盗企业调取的磅单数据，确定了涉案车辆，也从中发现了犯罪嫌疑人陈某联系的销赃企业。</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">“经前期侦查，我们发现涉案车辆均不在陈某强名下，多台车辆系外地购买，专案组随即前往成都、重庆、南充、西昌等地进行车辆核查，调取相关资料，最终查明涉案车辆均系陈某强购买，并签订购车协议。”专案组侦查员介绍，虽然陈某强一直负隅顽抗，但随着案情的逐渐明朗化，该盗窃犯罪团伙的犯罪事实已是板上钉钉。</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">随即，专案组再次转变侦查思路，通过调取所有嫌疑人名下的银行账户，梳理了购买涉案车辆的资金流向，及时查明了犯罪嫌疑人陈某向销赃企业变卖赃物后获得的赃款130余万元，并通过对疑似“地磅干扰器”安装在地磅上对地磅产生的作用下功夫，反复实验。</p><p style="margin-top: 22px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; line-height: 24px; font-family: arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">“我们在分析被盗企业磅单时发现，涉案车辆在装运被盗物资过磅的过程中，还有其他车辆参夹在其中，但是其他车辆的磅单数据与实际装运数据是吻合的，仅仅只有涉案车辆的磅单数据低于实际装载数据。”专案组侦查员介绍，通过对大量证据和侦查数据的反复核算，警方得出，该盗窃犯罪团伙共计盗得含钒生铁600余吨，非法获利140余万元。</p><p style="margin-top: 22px;
