white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">2. 2018年7月2日至2019年7月2日期间，已经所在地主管部门按照其铸造产能置换办法批复成立的企业。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 16px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: "PingFang SC", "Hiragino Sans GB", "Microsoft YaHei", "WenQuanYi Micro Hei", "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">（三）铸造产能摸底。 请各市（省直管县）经济和信息化主管部门对所在地铸造产能进行现场摸底汇总后，会同所在地发改、生态环境主管部门进行审核，于12月5日前行文上报，并附承诺书、安徽省铸造产能摸底调查汇总表（附件1），企业的营业执照及项目备案、环境评价等批文复印件。 电子版一并上报。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">（四）铸造产能公告： 对全省铸造产能摸底汇总后，省经济和信息化厅将会同省发展改革委、省生态环境厅组织专家进行审议，审议结果予以公示，公示期满无异议后，由省经济和信息化厅发布公告，公告的铸造产能清单是我省开展铸造产能置换的依据。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: "PingFang SC", "Hiragino Sans GB", "Microsoft YaHei", "WenQuanYi Micro Hei", "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">（一）用产能置换方式新建或改造升级铸造建设项目（含铸造工序），要符合国家有关产业政策及投资项目监管要求，不得采用落后淘汰的工艺和设备，能源上使用电或天然气等清洁能源。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; padding: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: "PingFang SC", "Hiragino Sans GB", "Microsoft YaHei", "WenQuanYi Micro Hei", "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">2. 跨市进行铸造产能置换的，退出产能所在地的经济和信息化主管部门负责会同发改、生态环境部门对退出产能进行监管并公告，新建项目所在地市经信局负责会同发改、生态环境部门对产能置换方案执行情况进行监管，并在新建项目投产后，当年底前，按本通知第一条申报更新铸造产能清单。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
